This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced seagoing engineer looking to transition ashore into a Technical Superintendent role.

The Role

You will join the technical team and be trained to take ownership of vessels over time, working closely with senior superintendents and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Technical Superintendents in vessel management
• Assisting with maintenance planning and execution
• Participating in inspections and technical reporting
• Coordinating with crews and suppliers
• Gradually taking on full vessel responsibility

Requirements

• Sailing background as:
  • 1st Engineer OR
  • 2nd Engineer
• Experience with:
  • Multi-purpose or coaster vessels
  • 4-stroke engines
• Strong English communication skills
• Motivated to transition into an onshore role
