The Role

As a Technical Superintendent, you will take responsibility for the technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

You will play a key role in supporting fleet expansion, newbuild projects, and third-party vessel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical management of assigned vessels
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and dry dockings
• Budget management and cost control
• Supporting inspections and compliance
• Liaising with crews, shipyards, and suppliers
• Contributing to newbuild and fleet expansion projects

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Superintendent OR
• Sailing background as a Chief Engineer (or strong 2nd Engineer ready to step ashore)
• Experience with:
  • Multi-purpose or coaster vessels
  • 4-stroke engines
• Strong communication skills in English
