Project focus

A large-scale eCommerce migration programme built on a complex microservices architecture hosted on AWS. The Business Analyst will sit between business stakeholders, project management, solution consultants, and technical architects, making sure requirements are captured accurately and translated into clear, detailed technical specifications for a pharmaceutical sector client.

Key skills and Experience required

• 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience at mid-senior level
• End-to-end requirements gathering on large, complex digital transformation or migration programmes
• Strong track record translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders
• Confidence identifying gaps and challenging incomplete requirements
• Comfortable working alongside architects, technical leads, and solution consultants
• Exposure to microservices architecture, AWS, API-driven integrations, and complex system landscapes
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, Amazon DynamoDB, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems is highly desirable
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) migrations, composable commerce platforms, or large-scale eCommerce transformation is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation or meeting transcription tools is a plus
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, fluent English
