Renewable Energy Technical Support Specialist (Solar PV)

Are you looking for a role where you can combine your technical expertise with meaningful work in the renewable energy sector?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping customers get the best performance from their solar PV systems. In this role, you’ll become a key part of a team that supports and optimizes solar installations, helping ensure clean energy systems operate smoothly and efficiently every day.

You’ll work remotely to monitor and troubleshoot PV systems, support maintenance activities, manage service tickets, and assist customers with technical questions. Whether you’re investigating a system issue, configuring communication equipment, or coordinating the next steps following a maintenance report, your contribution will have a direct impact on system performance and customer satisfaction.

We’re ideally looking for someone with a background in renewable energy, IT system integration, or a similar technical field. Experience with PV systems is highly valued, but just as important are your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of your work. Fluency in German and English is essential, as you’ll be working with both customers and colleagues in an international environment.

On top of a permanent contract and competitive salary, you’ll benefit from flexible working hours, home-office options, enhanced pension contributions, additional financial benefits, attractive employee discounts, wellness and lifestyle perks, and even the opportunity to lease e-bikes for greater flexibility in your everyday life.

If you’re passionate about technology, sustainability, and working in an environment built on trust, flexibility, and personal responsibility, this could be a fantastic next step in your career.
