Renewable Energy Technical Support Specialist (Solar PV)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping customers get the best performance from their solar PV systems. In this role, you’ll become a key part of a team that supports and optimizes solar installations, helping ensure clean energy systems operate smoothly and efficiently every day.
You’ll work remotely to monitor and troubleshoot PV systems, support maintenance activities, manage service tickets, and assist customers with technical questions. Whether you’re investigating a system issue, configuring communication equipment, or coordinating the next steps following a maintenance report, your contribution will have a direct impact on system performance and customer satisfaction.
We’re ideally looking for someone with a background in renewable energy, IT system integration, or a similar technical field. Experience with PV systems is highly valued, but just as important are your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of your work. Fluency in German and English is essential, as you’ll be working with both customers and colleagues in an international environment.
