RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER – US Hours

We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our Technology team in Umhlanga, Durban.
This is an opportunity to lead and develop a pod of Delivery Consultants within a specialist technology market, while remaining hands-on with delivery and helping drive team performance.
You’ll be working closely with our UK, EU and US markets, supporting international clients and helping develop high-performing technology recruiters.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Delivery Consultants
Driving team performance against KPIs and targets
Coaching consultants on sourcing, Boolean searches and candidate qualification
Supporting technical recruitment across Software, IT and Technology markets
Working closely with international Sales teams to understand client requirements
Maintaining your own delivery performance and leading from the front
Improving sourcing strategies, processes and pipeline generation

Working hours:
13:00-22:00 SAST
We operate across EU and US markets, so flexibility around international working hours is essential.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Strong Recruitment experience, ideally across Technology, Software or IT
✔️ Previous Team Lead, management, mentoring or coaching experience
✔️ Strong understanding of sourcing and Boolean search
✔️ A proven track record against recruitment KPIs
✔️ Strong commercial awareness and a lead-from-the-front mentality
Experience across AI, Space, Quantum or Photonics would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
