Darwin Recruitment are supporting a global pharmaceutical client seeking an experienced S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive and coordinate all migration activities during a major S/4HANA transformation programme.
You will act as the key interface between the client and IBM, managing migration planning, execution, testing, cutover activities, stakeholders, risks and dependencies.
Must-Have Skills (5+ Years)
  • SAP S/4HANA Data Migration
  • SAP Data Migration Tools (Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM etc.)
  • Data Mapping & Data Cleansing
  • Data Validation & Reconciliation
  • Cutover Planning & Execution
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Global SAP Rollouts
  • Data Governance
  • Working with System Integrators (IBM, Accenture, Capgemini etc.)
Nice to Have
  • Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Experience
  • SAP Data Archiving
  • Multi-Country Deployments
  • SAP Master & Transactional Data Objects
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end S/4HANA data migration activities
  • Coordinate business, IT and data governance teams
  • Manage migration planning, testing and cutover
  • Drive data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
  • Track risks, issues and dependencies
  • Partner with IBM delivery teams and programme leadership
  • Ensure successful migration delivery against programme milestones
