Project focus

Our client is replacing a legacy, on-premise CRM system with Dynamics 365 (Sales & Service Hubs), as the next phase of a wider CRM transformation programme. The data model and customer data platform foundations are already in place, and this phase covers functional and technical design through to delivery.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven track record delivering Dynamics 365 (Sales & Service Hub) implementation projects
• Experience migrating from a legacy on-premise CRM system to Dynamics 365
• Comfortable producing functional and technical design documentation (FDD/TDD) where none yet exists
• Able to support the client during the interviewing and hiring of additional freelance resources
• Available for full-time on-site work, 5 days a week, commutable to Luxembourg
• Fluent English
