Darwin Space are currently hiring for a Product Assurance Manager for a company in Poland.

Duties:

* Communication with customer PA representative for the project.

* Communication with the companies project manager, system and project engineers.

* Management of the companies PA activities.

* Maintenance and updating of the companies PA plan.

* Implementation of the PA plan and procedures, including its implementation at lower-level suppliers.

* Preparation of the PA documentation for the project.

* Participation in design product documentation preparation.

* Attendance the project meetings and design reviews.

* Control all PA services and functional supports to the customer, subcontractor and suppliers.

* Review and evaluate customer inputs and data deliveries concerning to PA requirements.

* To provide support and inputs to design, configuration management, project management, fabrication, assembly, integration and tests.

* Surveillance of qualification plans for all non-qualified materials and processes.

* Identification to eliminate or control potential hazards or risks.

* PA periodic reporting.

* To coordinate and conduct audits.

* To identify the contamination/cleanliness requirements.

* To define the methods and constraints involved in the achievement and maintenance of the cleanliness levels required.

* MIP/KIP definition.

* MIP customer notification.

* To administrate and control the requests for approval, non-conformances, deviations, waivers and failures.

* To ensure that contents of PA documentation and related products are compatible and valid.

* To prepare, manage and control acceptance activities.

* To be involved in and to ensure all PA related disciplines (MMPP, EEE parts, RHA, RAMS, C&CC, Supply Chain QA, Manufacturing QA/QC, etc) are applied adequately to ensure compliance with project requirements.

* Alert management.

Technical competences

* Knowledge of Product Assurance, Safety and Quality Management disciplines

* Experience in the management of Product Assurance

* Experience in the management and monitoring of industrial activities, including participation in reviews

* Experience with Space Quality Standards and their implementation

* Experience with the application of product assurance tools and methods
