Project focus

A digital commerce implementation project, working across PIM and DAM platforms to help define and refine business requirements. The role sits between business and technical teams, translating needs into clear user stories and functional specifications to support delivery.

Key skills and Experience required

• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
• Strong commercial experience delivering eCommerce and digital commerce projects
• Experience with PIM and DAM systems (Pimcore or similar platforms beneficial, not mandatory)
• Skilled at gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories and functional specifications
• Experience running stakeholder workshops with business and technical teams
• Strong at writing acceptance criteria and supporting UAT
• Comfortable working within Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
• Fluent German required; English beneficial
• Nice to have experience with AI, conversational AI, or chatbot projects; requirements gathering for LLM or AI assistants; SAP ERP integration experience; a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B commerce background
