Project focus

Joining a consultancy to support and maintain Zuora subscription billing platforms for its customers, acting as a go-to contact for application issues, investigating and resolving incidents, and helping keep their day-to-day billing operations running smoothly.

Key skills and Experience required

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Zuora
• 2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT, ideally within application support or consulting
• Confident troubleshooting and resolving issues within a business application environment
• Available for a full-time, 6 month contract (employment or B2B)
