As an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, you will play a key role in the digitalization and automation of our clients’ complex HR and payroll processes. You will combine in-depth payroll expertise with technical understanding and work with HR and IT stakeholders to design high-performance, integrated system solutions – both locally and internationally.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility as Lead Consultant for the implementation and support of payroll solutions based on SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP EC Payroll
- Design and implementation of end-to-end payroll processes, especially in conjunction with time management and personnel data management (PA/OM/EC)
- Taking on responsibility as project manager (m/f/d)
- Support for transformation projects, e.g. migration from SAP HCM Payroll to EC Payroll or introduction of hybrid scenarios.
- Customizing and technical design and configuration of the payroll solution, including schema/rule maintenance, authorizations, wage types, data migrations and test management.
- Supporting our sales team through effort estimations, conception and presentation of solution architectures
Your profile
You bring a combination of in-depth payroll expertise, technical depth, and strong communication skills. As Lead Consultant, you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for our clients.
In addition, you meet the following requirements:
- Extensive consulting experience as Lead Consultant in the implementation of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects for Swiss payroll
- In-depth expertise in payroll schemes, calculation rules (PCRs), wage types, time management integration and related modules.
- Excellent understanding of legal requirements, tax logic, social security, and payroll compliance.
- Ideally, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central Payroll & Employee Central
- Experience as a project manager (m/f/d) in the implementation of SAP Payroll
- Willingness to travel for national and international client projects
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are a plus.
- Personally, you impress with your strong communication skills, team spirit, and a pronounced customer focus.
