HOURS: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-21:00pm | Friday 10:00am-17:00pm

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (1-3 years’ experience) to join our growing US Tech & AI and US Data Center teams.

This is a warm desk opportunity in high-demand US markets, giving you the chance to work with active clients, engaged candidates, and existing revenue streams from day one. What You’ll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing and managing relationships with clients across the US Tech, AI, and Data Center sectors
• Business development and winning new client partnerships
• Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement
• Building and maintaining a high-quality candidate network
• Consulting with clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Driving consistent billing performance and growth within your market

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Experience recruiting within STEM markets (Tech, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or similar preferred)
• Proven ability in business development and client management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A driven, ambitious mindset with a passion for high performance and earning potential
• Ability to work US-aligned hours to support client markets
