Our client, a manufacturing organisation, is running a SuccessFactors LMS implementation programme. The role covers end-to-end delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support, including integration of the LMS with Employee Central/HCM and third-party systems.

Key skills and Experience required

• 3+ years’ hands-on SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience across multiple implementations
• Strong hands-on configuration and administration experience
• Experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and support
• LMS configuration expertise: courses, curricula, programs, certifications, assessments, learning assignments and learning history
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central/HCM and third-party systems
