We’re looking for an experienced Rippling HCM Consultant to join a fast-growing consulting environment supporting complex HCM implementations and optimisation projects.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in South America.
The Role
We’re looking for a genuine Rippling HCM specialist with broad platform expertise – not someone focused on just one area of Rippling.
You’ll work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives, operating at both a functional and strategic/architectural level.
Key Requirements

5-6+ years of relevant HCM / HR technology experience

Strong, hands-on Rippling experience

Rippling certified
-
Strong experience across:

Rippling HR
-
Rippling Payroll
-
Rippling Reporting
-
Broader HCM functionality
-

Experience with Rippling architecture / solution architecture

Experience delivering complex implementations and/or optimisation projects

Able to operate at a strategic and architectural level, rather than purely configuration-focused

Strong understanding of HCM processes and how different Rippling modules work together
