Kyle is an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Darwin Recruitment, specialising in the US Defense market across hardware, systems, and engineering-led technologies.

He’s worked alongside teams delivering complex, mission-critical systems, which has naturally progressed into supporting highly engineering-driven environments in defense.

He recruits across core engineering domains including RF & Communications Systems, Electronic & Hardware Architecture, Mechanical & Mechatronic Systems, Navigation & Embedded Power Systems, as well as specialist areas such as EMC/EMI and Thermal engineering for ruggedized electronics.

His focus is on niche, high-impact engineering talent across electronics, RF/communications, power, navigation, and systems hardware – the roles that are hardest to hire and most critical to platform performance.

Previously, he spent 3+ years delivering DevOps and Cloud SME talent across the UK and Europe, supporting start-ups, scale-ups, and FTSE 100 organisations. This experience gives him a deep understanding of high-growth environments, technical evaluation, and the pace required to scale advanced engineering teams.
