Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and servicing on wind turbine systems
- Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Support commissioning and minor repair activities as required
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Complete and maintain accurate service reports and documentation
- Work collaboratively with site teams and follow instructions from senior technicians and supervisors
Requirements
- 1-3 years of electrical experience on wind farm
- Valid DSB (Norwegian electrical certification)
- GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART)
- Siemens Basic Training Certification
- Confined Space – Medium Risk Certification
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various onshore wind farm locations in Norway
