Overview:
We’re seeking a driven Project Sales Executive to develop new Fire Safety & Protection accounts and win installation projects across Boston and Rhode Island. You’ll focus on new construction, renovations, and system upgrades, supported by an experienced leadership, sales, and technical team.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, engineers, and building owners.

Build strong client relationships and provide tailored fire safety solutions.

Review plans and specifications to prepare accurate budgets and proposals.

Deliver professional presentations that convert to signed contracts.

Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain sales activities and progress using HubSpot CRM.
-
Stay updated on fire and life safety codes (NICET certification is a plus).
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities or safety systems.

Technical understanding of fire alarms, sprinklers, suppression, video, or access control systems.

Strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.

Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and build lasting client relationships.

Excellent organization, multitasking, and proposal-writing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
