Pricing Operations Specialist

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 Months

We’re recruiting for a Pricing Operations Specialist to join a global marketplace business, supporting pricing operations, commercial performance, business operations, revenue initiatives, and cross-functional projects across international markets.

Responsibilities:

· Execute pricing changes, promotions, and commercial initiatives.

· Coordinate with Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations teams.

· Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.

· Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.

· Support project delivery and stakeholder communication across multiple functions.

· Help optimise operational processes, pricing workflows, and commercial activities.

Requirements:

· Experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Analytics, Project Management, or similar functions.

· Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.

· Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

· Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvement.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience within marketplace, e-commerce, retail, technology, SaaS, or digital platform environments.

· Understanding of pricing, promotions, incentives, revenue management, or P&L impact.

· Experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
