About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of LSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders from legal, compliance, and IT departments to design and deliver workflows that improve legal matter intake, document management, approval processes, and overall service efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone with deep ServiceNow expertise, experience in legal or compliance workflows, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Configure and customise ServiceNow LSD applications to meet client-specific requirements.
- Design and implement legal matter intake forms, service catalog items, and document workflows.
- Create approval processes, knowledge bases, and automated notifications for legal services.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct workshops with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a trusted advisor for best practices in ServiceNow LSD implementation.
- Integration & Optimisation
- Integrate LSD with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM) and third-party systems.
- Optimise workflows to reduce manual effort and turnaround times.
- Implement reporting dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for legal service performance.
- Testing & Support
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT with business teams.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Offer post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with hands-on expertise in LSD module implementation.
- Strong understanding of legal, compliance, or contract management processes.
- Proficiency in configuring forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications in ServiceNow.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external document management and case tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – LSD (or relevant micro-certifications).
- Additional ServiceNow module experience (ITSM, CSM, SPM, APM, GRC).
- Knowledge of legal technology tools and best practices.
- German or French language skills are a plus.
