On-Site IT Support Engineer, Windows 11 / Intune Rollout
Switzerland, Zurich On-Site Role | 80-100%
Contract: June 2026 – End of December 2026
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on On-Site IT Support Engineer to support a major Windows 11 & Microsoft Intune transformation programme across multiple locations in Switzerland.
This role combines operational end-user support with active involvement in a large-scale workplace modernization and device rollout initiative. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition to a modern Microsoft workplace environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with users, takes ownership, and thrives in dynamic rollout and support environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality on-site IT support for end users
- Support day-to-day workplace operations including:
- New Joiner / Mover / Leaver activities
- Incident and request handling
- Hardware and workplace troubleshooting
- Manual user access and rights management
- Support the Windows 11 & Microsoft Intune rollout programme
- Prepare, configure and replace end-user devices
- Perform device registration, inventory and asset tracking
- Act as a Floorwalker during rollout phases and support users on-site
- Assist users with onboarding, training and adoption of new workplace technologies
- Ensure tickets and support tasks are handled with strong ownership and follow-through
- Contribute to improving support processes and operational standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Several years of experience in On-Site IT Support / End User Support
- Strong experience with:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Device lifecycle management
- Hardware deployment and troubleshooting
- Asset and inventory management
- Experience supporting workplace rollout or migration projects
- Knowledge of access management and user rights administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly structured and service-oriented way of working
- Strong ownership mentality and hands-on attitude
- Fluent German is mandatory
- French and/or Italian is a plus
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Switzerland
