09:30 – 18:30 (Later transitioning to 08:30 – 17:30 in line with daylight savings hours)
Salary
R10,000 – R15,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Role Summary
This entry-level to early-career role supports the Marketing Operations Executive with day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and design tasks.
You will gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, branding, content, and website management in a global business environment. While recent graduates are welcome, candidates with 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or content operations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Executive to ideate and produce website designs, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Create social media content across platforms, including static posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Manage marketing operations tasks, including WordPress updates, internal recruitment requests, and ad hoc marketing support.
- Edit raw video content into high-quality, publishable material.
- Assist with social media engagement: responding to comments, messages, and managing online reviews.
- Record short-form social media content as needed (training provided).
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Recent graduates are welcome; candidates with 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or content creation are preferred
Preferred Proficiencies
- Design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
- WordPress or other CMS platforms (experience beneficial; willingness to learn essential)
- Social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram
- Understanding of branding and content guidelines
