About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, helping organisations modernise their business applications, optimise operations, and drive digital transformation through Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background selling Microsoft technologies, ideally within the Dynamics 365, ERP, HCM, or business applications space. This is an opportunity for an experienced enterprise seller to join a growing organisation and play a key role in expanding their Microsoft Dynamics practice.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and position technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance workforce processes, and support long-term digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and business leaders.
- Sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and associated cloud transformation services.
- Identify opportunities within ERP, HCM, Finance, HR, and business applications environments.
- Lead consultative conversations focused on business outcomes, ROI, and technology transformation.
- Partner with solution consultants, delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to develop compelling client solutions.
- Manage enterprise accounts, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and help organisations maximise their Microsoft investment.
Ideal Background
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or related business applications.
- Strong enterprise software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling approach with experience running discovery sessions and value-based conversations.
- Experience selling ERP, HCM, CRM, Finance, HR technology, or cloud transformation solutions is highly desirable.
