We are currently supporting a major contractor within the utilities and pipeline construction sector in their search for a Tender Engineer to strengthen their Benelux tendering team.

Start: ASAP
Contract: Initial contract with the intention to transition to permanent employment
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-qualification and tender processes from receipt to submission
- Analyse client requirements, contract documentation and technical scope
- Develop alternative execution methodologies and value engineering solutions
- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, risk assessments and tender documentation
- Draft execution plans and EMVI submissions
- Coordinate with finance, legal, insurance and QSHE stakeholders
- Support client communication during the clarification and award phases
- Assist with handover to project delivery teams following contract award
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and project partners
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Experience within tendering, estimating, bid management or project preparation in a technical environment
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience with MS Office
- Primavera and/or CAD experience is advantageous
- Able to work effectively under tender deadlines
- Dutch language skills are essential
- English required; French is beneficial
