Project Manager Construction – Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced construction professional looking to take ownership of complex refurbishment, fit-out, and capital investment projects? Join a leading real estate organisation and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects across a diverse property portfolio.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with asset management, facility management, external consultants, and contractors, you will act as a trusted technical expert and project leader throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver refurbishment, tenant fit-out, and CAPEX construction projects across existing properties

Advise internal stakeholders and external partners on architectural and construction-related matters

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards

Coordinate and manage internal and external design teams, consultants, and contractors

Review project plans, monitor progress, oversee construction activities, and approve project-related invoices

Lead projects from initial planning and design through to completion and handover

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline

Proven experience managing construction projects within the German market
-
Strong understanding of construction processes, project delivery, and cost management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Willingness to travel as required

Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English language skills
