Project focus
We are looking for a Commissioning Manager to oversee multidisciplinary commissioning across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems. You will manage commissioning strategy, integrated systems testing, system readiness, documentation, and turnover while coordinating closely with construction and project teams.
Key skills and Experience required
- 5+ years of commissioning or construction experience
- Experience working on data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical MEP systems
- Proven experience managing multi-discipline commissioning programs
- Experience developing and managing commissioning plans, schedules, and documentation
- Strong experience with Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and system readiness
- Experience coordinating GCs, subcontractors, commissioning agents, design teams, and clients
- Understanding of commissioning sequencing, turnover, and closeout
- Strong leadership, planning, reporting, and issue-resolution skills
- Experience using commissioning or construction management platforms such as CxAlloy, Procore, or similar
