Your Role:
- BIM Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards and processes.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute BIM projects seamlessly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to BIM best practices and quality standards.
- Model Coordination: Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and explore innovative solutions.
- Lead ICE cessions
Your Profile:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in BIM management and coordination
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Solibri Office, ArchiCAD)
- Professional experience in project execution in Switzerland, passion for complex projects
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in German (Written and Oral)
