AI Manager | Semiconductor Manufacturing | Eindhoven | 12-Month Contract
We’re hiring on behalf of a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology, based in Eindhoven, for an AI Manager to lead the responsible adoption of AI across some of the most security-sensitive parts of the business.
This isn’t about running a chatbot pilot. You’ll be building the governance model – risk assessment, model oversight, data protection, change control – for AI deployed inside a highly regulated, high-stakes manufacturing environment, while working hands-on with engineering, security and business stakeholders to actually ship outcomes.
What you’ll own
- Leading AI adoption end-to-end across selected technology and security domains
- Building and running the AI governance framework: risk assessment, model oversight, data protection, change control
- Bridging business, security and engineering teams to turn AI initiatives into measurable outcomes
- Selecting and integrating AI/MLOps tooling – LLM platforms, monitoring, access control – into existing infrastructure
- Managing external vendors and partners alongside internal cross-functional teams
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in technology roles, including 3+ years leading AI/ML initiatives at scale
- A track record delivering AI programmes inside regulated or security-sensitive environments – not just talking about it
- Real depth in LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, data governance and model risk management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners
- Senior-level stakeholder management – you can hold your own in a room with security, engineering and the business at once
- Bonus points: semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing or critical-infrastructure background, and familiarity with SOC workflows or cybersecurity tooling
