Project focus
Short-term, hands-on commissioning project for a building services installation in Newcastle, starting ASAP. You will commission, test and fault-find the Building Management System, verify field devices, support functional testing against specification, and complete test reports and handover documentation alongside the wider site team.
Key skills and Experience required
- Proven track record as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
- Hands-on commissioning, testing and configuration of BMS installations
- Testing and verification of field devices including sensors, actuators and controllers
- Strong fault-finding skills across BMS, HVAC and wider building services
- Experience with major BMS platforms such as Trend, Siemens Desigo, Distech or Niagara
- Able to read technical drawings, schematics and controls documentation
- Experience producing commissioning records, test reports and handover documentation
- Able to work independently on site and hit commissioning deadlines
