About the Opportunity
A growing HR technology and consulting organization is rebuilding its implementation and consulting practice and is looking for an experienced Integration Architect to join its permanent team.
The organization is currently going through a significant restructuring of its delivery model, with a focus on building a stronger permanent workforce, increasing internal capability and becoming a more integrated technology partner to its clients.
This role will play an important part in that transformation, providing architecture and integration expertise across HR technology and WFM projects.
The Role
As an Integration Architect, you will provide technical leadership across client projects, helping design and support integration solutions within complex HR technology environments.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, project teams and other technical stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective integration approaches.
The role is highly client-facing and will suit someone who can combine strong technical architecture capability with excellent communication and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide integration architecture expertise across HR technology and WFM projects
- Work directly with clients to understand technical and business requirements
- Design and support integration approaches and solutions
- Translate client requirements into appropriate technical solutions
- Work collaboratively with functional consultants, project managers and technical teams
- Support discovery and solution design activities
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementation and project delivery
- Identify integration considerations, dependencies and potential risks
- Help establish stronger technical structures and capabilities within the permanent team
- Share knowledge and contribute to upskilling the wider consulting organization
- Act as a trusted technical partner to clients
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in integration architecture within HR technology, WFM or related enterprise technology environments
- Experience working across implementation and consulting projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business conversations
- Experience working collaboratively with functional and project teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A consultative approach with the ability to understand both technical and business requirements
- Comfortable working within a changing and developing organization
- A desire to help build and shape a long-term technical capability
