What We Offer
- Pay: Competitive pay based on experience (DOE)
- Commission: Performance-based commission structure ranging from 3% to 20%
- Schedule:4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Guaranteed 3-day weekend every week
- Weekly day off is always Monday or Friday
- On-Call Rotation: Only 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Position Overview
As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. You’ll work directly with homeowners, delivering high-quality service and solutions while representing the company with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily jobs efficiently
- Excellent customer communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
