Technical / Functional Requirements
You need to be a genuine Rippling HCM specialist, rather than someone who has only worked in one area.
Ideally, your experience should be fairly balanced across:
- Rippling HR
- Rippling Payroll
- Rippling Reporting
- Broader HCM functionality
- Rippling architecture / architectural experience
- Complex implementations and/or optimisation work
You need enough technical depth to operate at an architectural / strategic level, rather than simply being a configuration-focused consultant.
Rippling’s own service-partner model covers implementation, optimisation, ongoing support, and complex customer challenges, which aligns closely with the type of consultant AYP is looking for.
Personality / Ways of Working
We need someone who is:
- Very easy to communicate with
- Strong personality and personable
- Highly coachable
- Able to adapt to different ways of working
- A strategic thinker
- Thoughtful and considered in their approach
- Admin-savvy / organised
- Comfortable working autonomously

Interview Process
There are 3 stages:
- Initial interview with Nate
- Practical assignment
- Meeting with the Founder
Following a successful final stage, they will move to offer.
Compensation
€70-€90 per hour
Must-have:
- EU-based
- Fully remote
- 5-6+ years’ relevant experience
- Rippling certified
- Strong Rippling HCM experience
- Experience across HR + Payroll + Reporting
- Architectural / strategic Rippling experience
- Strong communication and personality
- Available to move quickly
