Senior Product Marketing Manager – Multi-Product SaaS

The Role
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own how products and the broader portfolio are positioned, brought to market, and adopted by customers. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to define target audiences, sharpen messaging, and lead go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, pipeline, and expansion.
This is a strategic, hands-on role connecting customer insight, product strategy, and commercial execution. You will influence roadmap priorities, shape launch strategies, and ensure commercial teams are fully equipped to take new products and features to market successfully.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, market assessments, and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and go-to-market decisions.

Define ICPs, personas, buying journeys, and segment-specific value propositions; align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around them.

Own product and portfolio positioning, messaging, and narratives that clearly articulate value to customers.

Shape packaging and portfolio strategies that drive multi-product adoption and unlock expansion opportunities.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, including internal readiness and post-launch reviews.

Collaborate with RevOps to define success metrics, model commercial impact, and monitor adoption and launch results.

Create and maintain sales and customer-facing enablement content, including messaging frameworks, battlecards, and launch materials.

Support activation, adoption, engagement, and expansion through clear messaging and lifecycle content.

Track, measure, and report on the impact of PMM initiatives, using insights to continuously refine strategy and execution.
Requirements

6-8+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related strategy roles in B2B SaaS – EdTech experience is a plus.

Proven track record in positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and end-to-end go-to-market strategy.

Strong customer and market insight capabilities, with experience translating research into product and commercial strategy.

Experience with pricing, packaging, or portfolio positioning in a multi-product environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.

Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
