Business Developer – Industrial Automation | Benelux
Rotterdam Region (Hybrid, Poortugaal)

Are you a natural deal-maker with a passion for growing business in the industrial automation and IT solutions sector? We’re looking for a New Business Developer to drive our expansion across the Benelux region.

What you’ll do

• Spearhead business development efforts and grow our presence in the Benelux market.

• Use the Challenger Sales methodology to engage senior stakeholders and win new clients.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, events, and strategic outreach.

• Deliver impactful presentations and solutions that solve real client challenges.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure long-term customer success.

• Represent the business at industry events and strengthen our brand visibility.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven sales experience in industrial automation, IT, or related industries.
• Deep knowledge of the Benelux market landscape and competitive environment.
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Fluent in Dutch & English (French a plus).
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux (approx. 80%).
