• Proven experience delivering IT separation, carve-out, migration, or post-acquisition integration projects
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience
• Expertise in domain migrations and Active Directory environments
• Solid background in network engineering and infrastructure transitions
• Strong Azure administration and cloud migration experience
• Experience with cloud reconfiguration and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous
• Experience with data migration, storage solutions, and database environments
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewall technologies, and security controls
• Experience managing end-user device migrations and deployments
• Ability to review, challenge, and execute technical project plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating independently within a customer-facing environment

• Fluent German speaker (essential)
• Based in or within commuting distance of Munich or Kaiserslautern
• Professional and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to represent the client professionally in an onsite capacity
• Education sector experience would be considered a significant advantage

• Immediate start available
• 40 hours per week
• Onsite presence required throughout key phases of the project
• Potentially up to 5 days per week onsite during critical migration activities
