Our client, a global utilities group, is rolling out SAP S/4HANA across its international sites. You will lead business transformation and process readiness on the Transportation Management stream, aligning local business teams with the global Core Model, driving change management and making sure each site is ready for a successful go-live.
Key skills and Experience required
- Strong functional SAP TM expertise across the end-to-end transportation/logistics process
- Solid hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA Public Cloud exposure is a strong advantage
- Proven delivery on Core Model / Global Template programmes and international rollouts
- Running Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops with business users
- Gap analysis, business process analysis and process mapping
- Translating business requirements into clear inputs for IT and SAP delivery teams
- Site readiness, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare support
- Change management, user adoption and training
- Confident stakeholder management with site managers, business and IT teams
- Fluent English
