About the Opportunity
A growing HR technology and consulting organization is rebuilding and strengthening its Workforce Management (WFM) practice and is looking to bring experienced, client-facing UKG professionals into the permanent team.
The organization is currently undertaking a significant restructuring of its implementation and consulting capability, with a clear focus on building a stronger long-term team, developing internal expertise and becoming a more integrated partner to its clients.
As part of this growth, they are looking for UKG Pro WFM Professionals with a secondary skill set across Workday HRIS.
This is an opportunity to join during an important period of transformation and play a key role in helping shape the future structure of the WFM practice.
The Role
As a UKG Pro WFM Professional, you will work across client implementations, consulting engagements and WFM projects, providing hands-on expertise across the UKG Pro WFM ecosystem.
You will be a client-facing member of the team, working closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide expertise and support successful delivery.
The role will suit someone who combines strong UKG WFM knowledge with the communication skills and consulting mindset required to work directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide UKG Pro WFM expertise across consulting and implementation projects
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and business needs
- Support the delivery of WFM projects and implementations
- Contribute to discovery, requirements gathering and solution discussions
- Provide functional expertise across the UKG Pro WFM environment
- Work collaboratively with other members of the consulting and implementation team
- Help strengthen and develop the organization’s permanent WFM capability
- Share knowledge and contribute to the upskilling of the wider team
- Bring a consultative, client-focused approach to engagements
- Utilize secondary Workday HRIS knowledge where relevant to client requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong professional experience with UKG Pro WFM
- Experience working within WFM consulting, implementation or project environments
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with clients and internal stakeholders
- A consultative approach and strong understanding of client needs
- Secondary experience/knowledge across Workday HRIS
- Comfortable working within a changing and developing organization
- A desire to contribute to building a long-term, high-performing team
