Senior Consultant (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors – Zurich

You’ll work on exciting HR transformation projects for clients in Switzerland and internationally – with plenty of freedom, direct influence, and no unnecessary hierarchies. Your area of ​​responsibility

• You will play a central role in SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects – from solution definition to successful implementation.
• You advise our clients on HR-IT target images, architectures and transformation projects.
• You are responsible for solution design in SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent) as well as integration into existing system landscapes.
• You lead sub-projects or streams and take responsibility for quality, results, and customer satisfaction.
• You moderate workshops with HR and IT stakeholders and act as a sparring partner for decision-makers.
• You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our topics and offerings.
• You support and coach consultants and juniors and further develop our team professionally.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in the fields of industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or business administration
• Several years of experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience in leading projects or sub-projects/streams
• A sound understanding of HR processes and their representation in IT systems.
• Ability to analyze complex topics in a structured way and to communicate them in an understandable manner
• Confident demeanor in customer environments and enjoyment of collaborating on an equal footing
• Independent, reliable work ethic and a high standard of quality
• Willingness to travel for national and international project assignments
• Fluent German and English skills required; French skills are an advantage.
