NB: For this role, we can only consider professionals who are already based in the Netherlands, as we cannot offer visa or relocation support. Ideally, you live in the Randstad region.

Would you like to take ownership of a full HR IT landscape and shape how an entire organisation works with HR technology? Would you like to work closely with HR, Finance, IT Architecture and external vendors to drive a modern, data‑driven HR ecosystem? Would you like to lead improvements across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, CoreHR, performance, learning, talent, and more?

This organisation is in the middle of a large-scale digital HR modernisation. They’re moving from fragmented tools toward a unified HR ecosystem and need someone who can bring structure, challenge requirements, and guide stakeholders through change. Your biggest challenge: turning complex HR needs into scalable, intuitive solutions while professionalising their HR technology foundation.

I’m looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-5 years’ experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR IT consultancy.
  • Understands HR processes end-to-end (CoreHR, onboarding/offboarding, learning, talent, performance, case management).
  • Can write clear epics, user stories, and functional designs.
  • Has experience with SaaS HR systems (e.g., Workday, AFAS, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Talentsoft).
  • Is comfortable working with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Architecture) and external vendors.
  • Can analyse feasibility, dependencies, risks, data implications, and integration impacts.
  • Communicates clearly and can simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Already lives in the Netherlands, preferably within ~30 km of The Hague.
  • Can be in the Den Haag office at least 3 days per week.
  • Speaks Dutch (or is comfortable working in a Dutch-speaking environment).

  • Challenging requirements, performing impact analyses and feasibility checks.
  • Supporting data-driven HR through reporting structures and integrations.
  • Helping professionalise and modernise the HR technology landscape.
