Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior AOCS/GNC Engineer to support the design, development, analysis, and verification of AOCS/GNC systems for satellite projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AOCS/GNC subsystems.
- Develop and verify AOCS/GNC algorithms and software.
- Perform AOCS/GNC analysis and simulation campaigns.
- Develop modelling, analysis, and simulation tools.
- Provide AOCS/GNC support throughout the satellite project lifecycle.
- Contribute to satellite proposals and system studies.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience within the space industry, focusing on AOCS/GNC systems and software.
- Strong knowledge of estimation and control theory.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or comparable tools.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to work effectively within international teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- German language skills are advantageous.
