Senior EHS Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement site EHS programs to ensure compliance with all safety regulations, client policies, and project requirements

• Support site teams and subcontractors in achieving a safe working environment

• Carry out site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

• Deliver training and toolbox talks to project personnel

• Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership on all EHS matters

Requirements

• Proven EHS experience within pharmaceutical construction or data center projects (essential)

• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to influence, engage, and drive a positive safety culture across all stakeholders

• Relevant EHS certifications/qualifications preferred
