Director of EHS | EMEA | Data Centre Projects

I’m supporting a leading consultancy on a Director of EHS role across EMEA, working on major data centre construction projects.

Location: Ideally Amsterdam (flexible across Europe)
Coverage: Norway | Sweden | Finland | Italy | Germany | Netherlands | Ireland
Travel: ~50%

The role:

• Lead EHS strategy across multiple live data centre builds
• Act as the owner’s representative with full client exposure
• Drive safety culture, standards, and performance across the region
• Influence contractors and senior stakeholders at project and exec level
• Oversee audits, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement

What they’re looking for:

• Strong EHS leadership in data centre / mission critical / large-scale construction
• Deep knowledge of European safety frameworks including ISO 45001
• Senior stakeholder and client-facing presence
• Experience across multi-site or regional operations
• EU passport required

This is a high-impact, visible role with real influence across major projects in Europe.
