Implementation Specialist – HR & Payroll Systems
Our client is a leading software vendor with a strong reputation in the HR technology space. Known for their innovative suite of products covering HRIS, Payroll, Identity Access Management (IAM), HCM, Microsoft Dynamics, and Composable HR solutions, they are expanding rapidly across Implementation, Sales, and IAM.
They are seeking an Implementation Specialist who can bridge the gap between HR platforms and payroll systems. This is not a role for someone looking to learn from scratch – they need a professional who already has strong payroll knowledge, implementation experience, and the ability to engage directly with clients.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of technology and people. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, internal implementation teams, and product experts to deliver complex HR and Payroll solutions. With a culture shaped by hiring from top universities and fostering a high-level, academic environment, they want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating atmosphere and can think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver full lifecycle implementations of HR and Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
-
Work directly with clients to understand payroll processes, requirements, and challenges.
-
Collaborate with fellow implementation specialists, solution architects, and project managers to configure and optimize systems.
-
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
-
Provide post-implementation support and documentation.
-
Support integration projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, Payroll, HRIS, and related technologies.
What They’re Looking For
-
Strong background in payroll and a solid understanding of HRIS/HR technology implementations.
-
Proven track record of working with clients in a consultative, customer-facing role.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with other implementation professionals – they cannot train this; you must already have these skills.
-
An excellent academic background, ideally from a prestigious university.
-
Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to challenges in real time.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, HRIS, HCM, or IAM platforms is highly desirable.
The Process
The hiring process involves 2-3 interview stages. While the team is eager to hire quickly, time constraints have created a bottleneck – so flexibility and patience during the process will be important.
This is a rare chance to join a company that sets the standard in HR and Payroll technology, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge implementations in a high-calibre environment.
