⏳ Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract + Extensions
Rate: 350-400 SEK per Hour
- Manage and maintain business-critical production environments.
- Provide L2/L3 application support across multiple enterprise applications.
- Lead incident triage activities and drive resolution of major incidents within agreed SLAs and OLAs.
- Coordinate and facilitate outage calls, ensuring all relevant technical teams are engaged.
- Restore service operations as quickly as possible whilst minimising business impact.
- Manage application deployments, release activities, and change management processes.
- Monitor production systems using observability and monitoring tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and operational simplification.
- Produce SLA and KPI reporting for internal stakeholders and management teams.
- Prepare and present major incident reports and post-incident reviews.
- Coordinate activities between onsite and offshore support teams.
- Support SOX compliance activities and operational governance requirements.
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders including application owners, infrastructure teams, developers, and senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (or relevant professional experience).
- 6+ years of experience within Application Support, Production Support, or Application Maintenance environments.
- Strong experience providing L2/L3 support for enterprise applications.

- Strong technical expertise in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- JBoss
- MySQL
- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in 24×7 operational environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms (APM, logging, alerting tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within the Telecommunications industry.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise production support environments.
- Experience coordinating global onsite/offshore support teams.
