We’re supporting a global ServiceNow Partner to integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow for a US
customer, leveraging native ServiceNow capabilities via non-premium connector options.
This is a remote, project-based engagement (USA or LATAM-based candidates), working as part
of a wider implementation team.
Responsibilities:
* Design and build the SailPoint-ServiceNow integration using non-premium connector
options
* Configure automated provisioning/deprovisioning and access workflows across both
platforms
* Troubleshoot integration/data sync issues
* Document integration architecture for the client and delivery team
* Support testing and go-live stabilisation of the integration
Essential:
* Proven experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow without a premium
connector – must be able to speak to the specific technical approach used
* Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (scripting, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP
APIs)
* Understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts
* Comfortable working remotely as part of a distributed delivery team
* Available for calls 09:00-12:30 ET
Desirable:
* SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Integration Hub)
* Prior partner/consulting delivery experience
