- Proven experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale commercial or data centre projects
- Strong ability to manage programmes, budgets, and subcontractor performance across multiple workstreams
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to review and challenge design information
- Excellent coordination and leadership
