Senior Payroll & HRIS Implementation Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) or Remote for Experienced Professionals

We’re partnering with a leading software and implementation organization working within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Their product suite supports clients across HRIS, IAM, and Payroll – empowering organizations to manage identity, access, and human capital through flexible, powerful systems.
They’re now looking for their “Anchor” – a technically minded Senior Payroll professional who can bridge the gap between HR and technology.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead payroll and HRIS system implementations from requirements through configuration and go-live.

Partner with HR generalists, technical teams, and clients to design workflows and configurations that make sense.

Migrate and configure payroll systems for multi-jurisdictional operations.

Work as a peer to HR teams, offering guidance and best practice in process design and optimization.

Act as a trusted advisor and implementation expert, shaping how clients think about payroll and system integration.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years’ experience in Payroll and HRIS implementation (Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, Workday, Ceridian, or similar).

Strong technical acumen and ability to adapt to new payroll products and tools.

Excellent communication skills – you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and client teams.

Confident working independently with minimal guidance.

Bachelor’s degree (ideally from a top-tier university) in Business, HR, Technology, or related field.

Based in or able to commute to NYC if early in career (≤5 years’ experience).

More experienced professionals may work remotely within the U.S.
