HCM Consultant (Workday / UKG / Paylocity / Deel / Rippling Exposure)

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling organisation looking for an experienced HCM Consultant to support HR systems optimisation, implementation support, and ongoing platform enhancement across a modern HR tech stack.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked across multiple HCM platforms and understands how to bridge HR operations, systems configuration, and process automation in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional HCM consultant across multiple HR systems and platforms
• Support implementation, optimisation, and configuration of HRIS platforms
• Work across systems such as Workday, UKG, Paylocity, and Deel
• Provide support for HR workflows including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes
• Translate HR business requirements into system configurations and process improvements
• Support integration between HR, payroll, and IT systems
• Assist with data migration, system clean-up, and ongoing data integrity management
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual HR operations
• Work closely with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders
• Provide documentation, training, and best-practice guidance to internal teams
• Support Rippling-related initiatives, with exposure or certification highly desirable

Requirements

• Strong background in HCM / HRIS consulting or systems implementation
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Workday, UKG, Paylocity, or Deel
• Exposure to Rippling (certification or direct experience highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience working with cross-functional HR and IT teams
• Ability to support system configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Multi-system HCM exposure across global environments
• Experience with HR automation and workflow design
• Background in HR transformation or systems consolidation projects
• Experience supporting data migration or system integration work
• Familiarity with modern HR tech ecosystems and AI-enabled tools

Working Style

• Remote-first role with EST time zone overlap preferred
• Collaborative, delivery-focused environment with high autonomy
