Our client is a rapidly expanding international renewable energy business with operations across Europe and beyond. Specialising in large-scale solar and energy storage projects, they are at the forefront of the energy transition, combining ambitious growth with a strong commitment to sustainability, collaboration and innovation.
As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll provide strategic legal support across Germany, advising on corporate matters, M&A, project finance, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance. Working closely with local leadership and international colleagues, you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth while helping to build and develop the legal function.
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ in-house legal experience within the renewable energy sector
- Expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts and project transactions
- Fluent German and English
- Team leadership experience is advantageous
