Project Focus:
We are looking for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer / Consultant to support commissioning projects across mission-critical facilities and data centers. The role will involve electrical design reviews, commissioning procedures, equipment testing and verification of electrical systems across complex building projects.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in electrical commissioning or consulting engineering.
- Data center or mission-critical experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers and power distribution units.
- Experience with commissioning procedures, functional testing and load-bank testing.
- Ability to review electrical drawings, specifications and equipment documentation.
- Experience preparing commissioning reports, test scripts and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, electrical installation and system operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD.
- PE or EIT electrical registration is advantageous.
- LEED AP and CxA, AABC or ACG certifications are desirable.
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel domestically 75% or more.
